Refund Policy for Shopify Store Services


About This Policy

This Refund Policy applies to TeknoParrot Legacy Platform subscription services purchased through www.teknoparrot.shop, operated by Boss Level Oy.

Boss Level Oy operates the Legacy Platform under license from the IP Owner (Nico Mario Giansanti) and has full authority over all refund decisions for Legacy Platform services.


Scope

This Refund Policy applies to:

  • ✓ Legacy Platform subscription renewals via www.teknoparrot.shop
  • ✓ Legacy Platform subscription purchases (where available)

This policy does NOT apply to:

  • ✗ New Platform purchases (see teknoparrot.com for Boss Level FZE policies)

1. General Refund Policy

1.1. The buyer may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:

  • 1.1.1. The Services received are significantly different from the description provided.
  • 1.1.2. The service is not functioning as intended due to issues on our end.
  • 1.1.3. The buyer has not received access to the Services within seven (7) days from placing the order.

2. Refund Process

2.1. To request a refund, the buyer must notify us within seven (7) days of purchase or renewal.

2.2. The request must be submitted in writing to: help@teknoparrot.com

2.3. Please include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Any relevant evidence (screenshots, error messages)

2.4. Boss Level Oy will review the request and may request additional information if necessary.

2.5. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within seven (7) days, using the original payment method.


3. Refund Authority

Boss Level Oy, as the licensee and operator of TeknoParrot Legacy Platform, has full authority to:

  • Approve or deny refund requests
  • Determine appropriate refund amounts (full or partial)
  • Handle all customer service matters related to Legacy Platform

All refund decisions are final.


4. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits or excludes any statutory consumer rights you may have under applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU)
  • Finnish Consumer Protection Act (Kuluttajansuojalaki)
  • Other mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory consumer rights, the mandatory rights shall prevail.


5. Exclusions

5.1. Subject to Section 4 (Mandatory Consumer Rights), no refunds will be issued for:

  • 5.1.1. Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
  • 5.1.2. Issues caused by the buyer's own equipment, software, or internet connection.
  • 5.1.3. Failure to meet system requirements (which are published on our website).
  • 5.1.4. Delays due to factors beyond our control (force majeure).
  • 5.1.5. Subscription periods that have already been substantially used.

6. Severe Non-Compliance

6.1. In cases of severe non-compliance acknowledged by Boss Level Oy, the buyer may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

6.2. Severe non-compliance refers to situations where the service significantly deviates from agreed specifications.

6.3. The buyer must report severe non-compliance within seven (7) days of discovering the issue.

6.4. Boss Level Oy reserves the right to investigate and attempt to remedy the issue before processing a refund.


7. Digital Content Notice

Please note that TeknoParrot Legacy Platform is digital content. Under EU consumer protection law:

  • Once digital content has been delivered and you have begun using the service, the right of withdrawal may be limited.
  • By completing a purchase, you acknowledge this and agree that your withdrawal rights may be affected once service delivery begins.
