Refund Policy
Refund Policy for the Services offered by Boss Level Oy through the platform Shopify
Boss Level Oy operates as the exclusive licensee of TeknoParrot software and trademarks for commercial distribution and is responsible for all refund decisions and customer service.
1. General Refund Policy:
1.1. The buyer may be eligible for a refund under the following circumstances:
1.1.1. The Services received are significantly different from the description provided.
1.1.2. The product is damaged or defective upon receipt.
1.1.3. The buyer has not received the Services within seven days from placing the order.
2. Refund Process:
2.1. To request a refund, the buyer must notify the seller within seven days of receiving the product.
2.2. The request must be submitted in writing and include relevant details, such as order number, description of the issue, and supporting evidence, such as photographs.
2.3. The seller will review the request and may request additional information if necessary.
2.4. Upon approval, the refund will be processed within seven days, using the original payment method.
Boss Level Oy, as the exclusive licensee and operator of TeknoParrot services, has full authority to approve or deny refund requests and is responsible for all customer service matters.
3. Exclusions:
3.1. No refunds will be issued for:
3.1.1. Change of mind or buyer's remorse.
3.1.2. Damages caused by the buyer's mishandling or misuse of the product.
3.1.3. Delays due to factors beyond the seller's control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.
4. Severe Non-Compliance Accepted by the Seller:
4.1. In cases of severe non-compliance acknowledged by the seller, the buyer may be eligible for a full or partial refund.
4.2. Severe non-compliance refers to situations where the product or service significantly deviates from the agreed specifications or quality standards.
4.3. The buyer must report severe non-compliance within 7 days of discovering the issue.
4.4. The seller reserves the right to investigate and remedy the non-compliance before processing a refund.
